I've got a staple up radiant system here with Entran Onix and I find that a couple of years after a refill (new Veissman boiler) the water is black and clogged one of the zone pumps.
What could cause this and what does the community recommend? Hardly any iron piping. Town water is hard.
One idea is Furnox F5 flush, install TF-1 filter, and run with F1 protector. Any other advice?
Nothing is leaking, but where else would black stuff come from than inside the tubes?
