I would contact one of our reps, PSI Heating. Their phone number is (888) 774-4328; ask to speak to Bill Sather.

Friends: I just registered on "watts radiant proboard", as dbconstruction, and logged in, but after an exhaustive search, I cannot find anywhere how to post a question? After checking "Help" , "starting a thread", that was no help, but seemed to be about starting another blog entirely. Is this Forum operating? or is it "down" at the moment? Incidentally, I'm very experienced and active on-line and not a neophyte at this stuff - I just can't find any links, buttons, instructions, etc. - nothing is either intuitive or obvious. Thanks for your help.

Once you open up a sub-board, there is a link in the upper right of the frame that says "New Thread" you can click to start a new topic.

I registered on Watts Radiant Proboard and I also find it to be very difficult to submit a question. Maybe this attempt will get me to the appropriate source...
I recently installed a heated tile floor system that came with the SunStat Pro ll thermostat (model 500775). I find this thermostat nearly impossible to see, let alone program. In spite of the "wizard," I can barely see the panel or follow the convoluted method to program the unit... Is there another thermostat that is visible to older users and is easier to program? Thank you!

I tried to register on Radiant Works and after filling in all of the information it asks you to click the section "I am not a Robot" and you would have to be a robot in order to click it because it is flashing so fast, also the customer support number provided is no good so I moved on to VIEGA and found a local supplier. If Watt's service is no better than their website, heaven help their customers.
