I have a 13 month system (installed by professional flooring company and hooked up by a professional electrician) that displays an Err7 code. I have reset the GFI and reset circuit breaker. Instructions say I may need a new thermostat as Err7 is "End-of-Life" indication. Since this should have a 3-year warranty, how do I get a replacement thermostat?

Mcole, I had the same problem a year ago and disconnected the power and reset, however error 7 has come up again twice in the last two weeks and know with the last time it will not reset. We're you successful in getting a replacement? Mine is only two years old in October. thanks Tom
